These terms apply to products bought from Chargebay Pty Ltd (“Chargebay”, “we”, “us”) through chargebay.com.au. By placing an order you agree to them. Our Refund and Returns Policy and Privacy Policy also apply.
1. Orders and prices

- Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith. Specifications can change when manufacturers update their products.
2. Payment
- Payment is taken when you place your order, through the payment options shown at checkout.
- Ownership of a product passes to you once we have received payment in full.
3. Delivery
- We deliver within Australia and New Zealand. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout.
- Delivery times are estimates. We will let you know if there is a significant delay.

4. Installation
- EV chargers and other fixed electrical equipment must be installed by a licensed electrician, in line with the manufacturer’s instructions and AS/NZS 3000 (the Wiring Rules).

- site visits, call-out fees or travel
- consequential loss, such as loss of use, lost income, or the cost of charging elsewhere while a product is being repaired or replaced
- The warranty also does not cover faults caused by:
- installation that was not carried out by a licensed electrician or not in line with the manufacturer’s instructions
- misuse, accidental damage, or modification of the product
- problems with the electricity supply, lightning, flood or fire
